There is nothing like an apéritif to start out your evening. We are especially fond of the Negroni. While its exact origins are unknown, it is rumored to have been created in Florence Italy by a bartender at Caffe Casoni. With a subtle and unique flavor, it oozes sophistication.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces London dry gin
- 3/4 ounce Campari
- 3/4 ounce Italian vermouth
Glass Type: cocktail glass
Instructions
Shake well with cracked ice, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a twist of orange peel.
