DRINK: Spanish Perfection

We recently visited the newly opened Coqueta on SF’s embarcadero.  Chef Michael Chiarello’s latest venture is a tribute to old-school spain and he does not miss a beat.  From the decor to the drinks all they way to every menu item, it’s a fantastic treat!  Be sure to start your meal with their spanish version of a gin & ton – delicious!  For recipes to create the perfect Spanish-style gin and tonics, here are a few ideas.
